Maryland Mobile Notary® Fee

We travel to your home or business or we can meet you at a Starbuck’s, Peet’s Coffee and Tea, or another public place that is convenient to you.
  • $8.00 For Original Notarial act
  • $8.00 For Notarizing each signature on the original/first copy of a record
  • $4.00 For each signature on each additional of the same record, when requested to notarize multiple copies
  • $2.00 to reproduce a notarized record or journal entry.
  • $5.00 + IRS Rate/mile travel fee
  • *Up to 15 minutes of wait time is allowed.
  • $25.00 per 30-minute block fee after initial 15-minute wait
  • *Other charges may apply if circumstances change
*Rates are subject to change due to foul weather, wait time, undisclosed documents/information location change, after-hours, rush service, and other factors. The travel fee is $5.00+ IRIS Rate/mile from White Plains, Maryland.
